Air conditioning not functioning while it's hot!!! Room size smaller than advertised!!! No safe or mini fridge available!!! Toiletry quality leaves much to be desired!!! Cleaning staff off AC during service complicates comfort!!!

The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Aix with my family, including my two teenage kids. Fresh local breakfast items were a hit for everyone, especially the delicious pastries. We loved wandering about and soaking in the lively atmosphere!
